Description

This project consists of pedestrian improvements along US 74/76 (Eastwood Road) from Rogersville Road to Cavalier Drive. The improvements include grading, multi-use paths, curb and gutter, landscaped medians, drainage, signal work, and asphalt paving. The City of Wilmington requires bidders to be properly licensed and to make good faith efforts to subcontract 14% of the contract value to minority, socially, and/or economically disadvantaged businesses.
