The work involves the installation or replacement of approximately 649 linear feet of 8-inch and 37 linear feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer mains, cured-in-place pipe lining of approximately 28,394 linear feet of 8-inch to 12-inch sanitary sewer main, heavy cleaning of approximately 19,255 linear feet of 8-inch to 12-inch sanitary sewer mains, rehabilitation and replacement of sewer laterals, installation of site inspection ports, new sanitary sewer laterals and manholes, rehabilitation of manholes, installation and replacement of water mains and services, and other related work. The project area is located west of Mechanicsville Turnpike (Route 360) within the East Highland Park Area in Henrico County, Virginia. The contract requires providing a complete system as described in the contract documents.
