The scope includes mobilization, clearing and grubbing, sawcut, removal and reconstruction of asphalt concrete pavement, grind and overlay, removal and replacement of berms and curbs, traffic loop replacements, weed killing, crack sealing, slurry seal application, traffic control, storm water pollution prevention, pavement striping and markings, utility adjustments, and other miscellaneous improvements. The project requires Class A or C-12 contractor licenses and has a duration of 40 working days excluding holidays. Liquidated damages are set at $2,000 per calendar day.
