Description

The Township of West Orange is seeking one or more audio/video operators to moderate online portions of in-person and virtual meetings for the Township Council and other official boards. The work includes meeting moderation for live in-person meetings, online all-virtual meetings, and post-meeting video production for both types. Responsibilities involve pre-meeting preparation, managing Zoom and camera operations during meetings, and editing and uploading meeting videos afterward. Vendors must provide their own laptops with HDMI output, and the Township will not provide equipment.
