SEPTA is seeking qualified firms to provide end-to-end, fully outsourced Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) managed services for corporate-owned iPad devices used by SEPTA's frontline workforce. The program requires management of device lifecycle, service desk support, cellular service provider management, cybersecurity enforcement, and integration with SEPTA's IT Service Management platform. This Expression of Interest (EOI) may lead to a future competitive solicitation including a Request for Proposal (RFP).
