The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is seeking public comment on its proposal to extend for an additional three years the current Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) clearance to participate in the Office of Management and Budget program "Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Service Delivery." This clearance allows the FTC to collect qualitative feedback on its service delivery to consumers and businesses, including websites, blogs, videos, and print publications. The feedback will help identify strengths and weaknesses in service delivery and guide improvements. Comments on this proposal must be received by July 6, 2026.
