Description
The Securities and Exchange Commission is adopting technical amendments to correct outdated cross-references in its rules relating to locking and crossing quotations and to the delegation of authority to grant exemptions from Rule 610 of Regulation NMS. These amendments update references to reflect recent renumbering of paragraphs within Rule 610 without making substantive changes. The amendments are effective May 5, 2026.
