The Forest Service of the Department of Agriculture is seeking comments on the extension with no revision of a currently approved information collection, the Equal Opportunity Program Delivery Compliance Review Tool. This tool is used to ensure compliance with equal opportunity laws by recipients of Federal financial assistance. The collection involves face-to-face or telephone interviews to document non-discrimination obligations and monitor compliance.
