The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service is seeking sources for new medical sterilization equipment and related services for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office, on behalf of Phoenix Indian Medical Center - Products Requested: - 1 Washer Disinfector (new equipment, OEM-authorized, with warranty and service) - 1 GSS67 Sterilizer (new equipment, OEM-authorized, with warranty and service) - 1 533 Sterilizer (new equipment, OEM-authorized, with warranty and service) - Getinge Steam Sterilizers GSS67N (stainless steel, automatic, for medical sterilization at 121C to 135C) - Services Requested: - Delivery, installation, and connection of sterilizers (including removal/disposal of old units and custom stainless steel trim) - One year of preventive maintenance and repair (quarterly service, parts/labor, RO filter and pump motor maintenance) - Staff training on sterilizer operation, cleaning, and cycle selection - Notable Requirements: - Set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) - Vendors must be OEM-authorized dealers/distributors and provide proof of authorization and ISBEE status - All equipment must be new, with full OEM warranty and service - Compliance with AAMI TIR34 standards for steam quality and water treatment - Delivery and installation required within 18 weeks of order - Place of Performance: - Phoenix Indian Medical Center, 4212 N. 16th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85016
