(authorized distributor and service provider) - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance, calibration, and validation services for Chromatotec GC-FID system - Replacement parts for Chromatotec GC-FID system - Software updates for Chromatotec GC-FID system - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must be able to service, maintain, calibrate, and validate the Chromatotec GC-FID system - Ability to provide OEM replacement parts and software updates is required - The County is evaluating whether a sole source designation is appropriate or if alternatives exist

Description

This Request for Information (RFI) seeks to determine if the specified commodity or service related to maintenance, calibration, and validation of the Chromatotec GC-FID system is available from multiple providers or if an alternate service meets the County's needs. The service is currently provided by Consolidated Analytical Systems, Inc., the authorized distributor and service provider for the equipment. Vendors are invited to submit information about their ability to provide comparable services. The Director of Purchasing will decide on the designation of sole source based on submissions.
