UCLA is requesting submission of written statements of qualifications to select an Executive Architect for the Pritzker Hall Renovation and Improvement projects located at 502 Portola Plaza, Los Angeles, CA. The projects involve renovations, clinical and academic research programs, wet and dry laboratories, and vivaria within a 126,005 gsf building originally completed in 1967 and renovated in 2021. Individual projects may range from $3 million to $10 million and must comply with University of California sustainable practices, California Energy Code (Title 24), and aim for a minimum LEED Gold Rating. The selection will result in a Professional Services Agreement and a series of Executive Design Professional Agreements.
