Description

The New York State Education Department (NYSED) Office of State Assessment (OSA) is seeking proposals to conduct three main services for the High School Regents Examinations: (1) scaling and scale maintenance, (2) analyses to provide evidence regarding reliability and validity, and (3) provision of an online ordering system for schools to place orders for Regents Examinations. The contract covers the 2025-26 through 2029-30 school years and includes preparing technical documentation and annual technical reports based on operational test data. The contractor will also implement a web-based system for collecting testing counts from authorized school users three times a year to support exam print quantities.
