Description

Franklin County is soliciting sealed proposals for the construction of fiber optic cable infrastructure as part of the Municipal Infrastructure Program (MIP) Phase 3. The project involves aerial and underground installation of fiber optic cable, including associated construction, splicing, testing, restoration, and coordination work to serve unserved and underserved areas of Franklin County. Fiber optic cable and other materials will be provided by Franklin County as specified in the RFP. Proposals must be hand delivered or mailed to the Franklin County Managers Office by May 18, 2026, 3:00 PM local time. Electronic or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
