Buffalo Public Schools is seeking proposals for a crisis management and deescalation system to support implementation of a crisis management system for their schools. The system must accommodate approximately 30,000 students across 60 school buildings, serving students aged 3 to 22 with diverse cognitive abilities, including verbal and non-verbal students. Proposals must include comprehensive in-person staff training on managing behavioral challenges, with the capacity to train up to 200 people during July and August 2026 and additional trainings throughout the school year.
