DISA's C4E Directorate is seeking a single-award IDIQ contract for comprehensive Audiovisual (AV), Visual Information (VI), Video Teleconferencing (VTC), and Videophone Support Services across its headquarters and multiple federal facilities: - Government Buyer: - Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Command, Control, Communications, and Computers Enterprise (C4E) Directorate - Contracting office: Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO)/PS8323 - Scope of Services: - Modernization, operation, and maintenance of VTC network infrastructure and endpoints for both classified and unclassified networks - Lifecycle upgrades and new installations for approximately 400 conference rooms and 2,700 VTC endpoints (1,800 classified, 700 unclassified) - Visual Information (VI) services including graphics, multimedia, publishing, video production, and visual library support - Support for multiple conference centers, including the Pentagon and Mark Center - Notable Requirements: - Support for a large, geographically dispersed federal enterprise, including DISA HQs at Fort Meade, the Pentagon, and numerous facilities in the National Capital Region and beyond - Services must address both classified and unclassified environments - Lifecycle management and modernization are key components - No specific OEMs, vendors, products, or part numbers are identified in the solicitation - Estimated contract ceiling is $130 million - Place of performance includes Fort George G Meade, Pentagon, Mark Center, and other federal facilities in the National Capital Region
