Charlton County is seeking qualifications from interested Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) for the design and implementation of a Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contract across various facilities. The selected ESCO will conduct an investment grade audit and will be responsible for identifying, engineering, designing, installing, maintaining, and providing financing options for approved energy conservation measures in a fixed cost scenario. The project aims to improve facilities through guaranteed savings in energy, operations, maintenance, capital costs, and to generate new revenue sources.
