This Request for Proposal (RFP) is organized into three response Lots where proposers must select one primary Lot to submit a response. Lot 1 covers AI Products and Platforms including AI Platforms and Infrastructure and Intelligent Automation Platforms. Lot 2 includes AI Professional Services such as AI Strategy, Governance, Enterprise Transformation, and AI Software Development. Lot 3 is for integrated AI delivery by a single organization capable of delivering both AI technology products and professional services under one contract, maintaining accountability for design, integration, and delivery of the AI solution.
