The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking qualified firms for up to three 5-year Indefinite Delivery Architect-Engineer Services Contracts (MATOC) with a total ceiling of $40 million. - Government Buyer: - United States Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, Contracting Office - Services Requested: - Hydrographic and field surveying services, including: - Topographic surveys - Dredge material measurement and payment surveys - Construction layout surveys - Geodetic control surveys - GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) surveys - River/harbor project clearance - Underwater hazard detection - Aerial photo control surveys - Field data processing and survey adjustments - Location, planimetric, boundary, and cadastral surveys - Delivery of geospatial data products compatible with AutoCAD, ArcPro, ERDAS Imagine, HYPACK, and Bentley Microstation - Notable Requirements: - Firms must demonstrate specialized experience, professional qualifications, capacity, and past performance - Small business participation is prioritized; large firms must meet specific subcontracting goals - Electronic SF330 submissions are required - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Estimated contract value: up to $40 million over 5 years
