An electronic copy in PDF format of the SDS and GHS product label must also be emailed to Melissa.A.Furness.Civ@us.navy.mil. A Material IRPOD is available at the BPMI site. Vendor review of the IRPOD is mandatory. Unless otherwise specified, pricing for this quotation is valid for 60 days after the closing date as indicated on the quotation. Please specify (if other than 60 days) ________ days. If submitting your quote via email or NECO, specify the number of days pricing is valid. All contractual documents related to this procurement are considered issued by the government when copies are deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic methods such as email. The government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes a bilateral agreement to issue contractual documents as detailed herein. Reports of Test and Inspection (ROTI) are required: The recommended method for ROTI submittals is via WAWF or an alternative high-quality electronic means (e.g., fax or email your post-award POC listed above). A dedicated ROTI fax has been added for your convenience. Scope In the event of a conflict between section "C" and section "D" of the contract/purchase order, section "C" will take precedence. Applicable Documents Applicable documents such as IRPOD, drawings, technical data, STRs, military specifications, and CID may be obtained at https://logistics.unnpp.gov/ecommerce. These documents, at the required revision levels, become part of this solicitation or award unless changed by an amendment or modification. These documents require a password and pre-registration. Requirements Additional technical documentation is governed by NAVSUP WSS-MECH CODE N94, with an order of precedence for document conflict resolution listed from amendments to drawings and specifications. Use of document revisions must be in their entirety unless approved otherwise by the contracting officer. Vendor waivers/deviations on critical contracts must comply with specified procedures, including justification and approval processes. Mercury or mercury-containing compounds shall not be added or come in contact with hardware or supplies under this contract. Quality Assurance The contractor shall provide and maintain an inspection system acceptable to the government, with records kept complete and available during and after performance. Packaging Packaging requirements are specified for cleanliness controls, MIL-STD standards, and special conditions such as fire-retardant materials. Packaging in heat-sealed envelopes is discussed, with conditions for application of MIL-DTL-24466 bags.
