USSOCOM Korea is seeking a hotel contractor to support the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) Marriage Retreat and Spiritual Resiliency Event in South Korea. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Special Operations Command Korea (SOCKOR), ATTN CONTRACTING/PBO/SOJ4, Yongsan Army Garrison, Seoul - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive hotel services including: - Lodging for event participants - Meals for all attendees - Meeting facilities for event activities - Transportation: Two buses with baggage capacity for 76 people, to and from the hotel - All labor, supervision, and supplies required for the event - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Hotel must have direct beach access without steep paths, cliffs, or external routes - Preferred hotel location: Sokcho, Gangneung, or Yangyang coastal region, South Korea - Event duration: Four days (specific dates in SOW) - Focus on small business participation (NAICS 721110) - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation

Description

This requirement is for a contractor (hotel) to provide all labor, supervision, supplies (to include meals), lodging, and meeting facilities necessary to support the SOCKOR Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) Marriage Retreat and Spiritual Resiliency Event. The contractor shall be present and provide transportation via two buses that can accomodate baggage 76 people to and from a hotel that's preferably in Sokcho, Gangneung, and the Yangyang coastal region. The hotel must have direct beach access without steep paths, cliffs, or external routes and availability for this event on 17 - 20 June 2026. More information is provided in the Statement of Work.
