DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service has a requirement for janitorial services at Devils Postpile National Monument, California. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140P8526Q0038 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The performance period includes a one-year base and four one-year options. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.104-1, and the NAICS code is 561720 with an associated small business size standard of $22 million in average annual receipts. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
