The 60th Operations Support Squadron (60 OSS) at Travis Air Force Base, California, is seeking vendors to supply two Portable RF/EMI Shielded Faraday Tents for classified communications support. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Air Mobility Command, 60th Operations Support Squadron (60 OSS/MPC), Travis Air Force Base - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) Portable RF/EMI Shielded Faraday Tents (7'x6'x6') - Greater than 85dB attenuation from 400MHz to 11GHz - Berry Compliant Fabric with black sports nylon outer layer - Double Velcro door with security zipper, heavy-duty vinyl floor, ground strap - Includes tent storage bag and heavy-duty transport case with rollers - Multiple vent panels with fans and power supplies (intake and exhaust) - High-performance IO plate with power and data connectors (including facility filter, power strip, RJ45, FC/FC connectors) - Replacement frame parts set (various couplers and connectors) - Tent patching kit (Nova Select Patch) - Cyber 600 Series Metal Frame (8'x7'x6.5') - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All tents must be Berry Compliant (U.S. sourced materials) - Delivery required within 6-8 weeks after contract award - Tents must support classified communications (SIPR, JWICS) - International power compatibility for vent fans - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice; vendors are invited to demonstrate capability to meet these specifications.

Description

The 60 OSS at Travis AFB, CA has a requirement  for two (2) Portable RF/EMI Shielded Faraday Tents. The tents must be 7’x6’x6’ and provide >85dB attenuation from 400MHz-11GHz. They must be constructed with Berry Compliant Fabric and an outer layer of black sports nylon. The requirement also includes a Cyber 600 Series Metal Frame (8’x7’x6.5’), heavy-duty transport cases, specific ventilation panels, high-performance IO plates, and replacement parts. See the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for further requirements and full specifications.

This Request for Information (RFI) Sources Sought does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue a future RFQ. This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Air Force is not currently seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued.
