Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 6-B187-P-00146-00 based on Argonne Statement of Work for “ANL Site Emergency Generator & Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Service Contract” dated May 4, 2026.
Proposals are only eligable if the vendor meets the below location criteria:
They maintain a primary service facility within 75 miles of the ANL campus in Lemont, IL. Have an in-house technical support & engineering (Including Mechanical & Electrical engineers) to support their local field service team

The proposal must be structured in three (3) separate documents and email submissions as follows:
Part I - Technical Proposal (There shall be no cost information in this document.) Part II – Business/Management Proposal Part III - Cost/Price Proposal (Enclosure No. 8, “Appendix “C” Argonne Price Schedule”)
Proposal will be considered incomplete if not all requested information, listed above, is not provided.
