The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office, is seeking sources for a comprehensive pipette calibration solution for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center Laboratory Department. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office, Phoenix Indian Medical Center Laboratory Department - OEMs and Vendors: - Artel is strongly indicated as the OEM due to the requirement for ArtelWare software and PCS-510 system - Advanced Instruments (parent company of Artel) is referenced for training location - Products/Services Requested: - Pipette Calibration System (PCS-510 or equivalent), portable, counter-top, with ArtelWare 2.4 software pre-installed - Compliance key for ArtelWare software - Installation validation training and guide - Advanced Care Service Agreement (PCS), including preventive maintenance, software upgrades, and 24/7/365 technical support - Yearly service agreements for up to four option years (total five years) - Yearly supplies (consumables and reagents) - Replacement UPS device and instrument printer - Training for laboratory staff: two off-site sessions in year one at Advanced Instruments (Westbrook, Maine), one per year thereafter, plus on-site competency training - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) - Equipment must be OEM-authorized, new, and include full warranty - Software and system must meet FedRAMP IT security requirements and be compatible with Windows 11 - Emergency technical support must respond within 60 minutes after hours - Delivery and installation at Phoenix Indian Medical Center, with specific address provided - Replacement UPS and printer must be provided at no cost to the government
