The U.S. Coast Guard Sector Southeast Alaska is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive gym membership services for up to 252 active-duty personnel in Juneau, Alaska. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Coast Guard, Sector Southeast Alaska, Sector Southeast Procurement Shop - Services Requested: - 24-hour access fitness club memberships for up to 252 Coast Guard members - Facility must accommodate at least 50 users simultaneously - Required amenities: cardio equipment (minimum 5 rowing machines), free weights, fitness classes, circuit training machines, indoor courts - Year-round access to City and Borough of Juneau swimming pools (70 monthly pool passes) - Staff coverage required Monday-Friday, 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. - Video surveillance required during unmanned hours - Monthly member usage reporting to the Coast Guard - Childcare services are explicitly excluded - Period of Performance: - 12 months of service, with start and end dates contingent on funding - Unique Requirements: - Facility must be located in immediate proximity to Juneau, Alaska - Contractor must comply with USCG access and reporting requirements - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation.

Contractor shall provide 24-hour access Fitness Club Memberships to USCG personnel in the Juneau, Alaska area for up to 252 active-duty Coast Guard members, in addition to 70 monthly pool passes (to be distributed by the US Coast Guard) for the City and Borough of Juneau’s Swimming Pools. Contractor’s facility must be able to accommodate more than 50 overall users at one time during any point of the day.

Contractor shall have all required facilities located within the immediate proximity of Juneau, AK, USA and have staff present at the facility/facilities no less than Monday-Friday from 6 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

During hours unmanned by a staff member, video cameras are required.

USCG personnel will be provided with instructions on how to access the facility/facilities during unmanned timeframes.

 Childcare is not to be included in the fitness club memberships
