The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) is soliciting qualifications for a Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMR) for the Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired (TSBVI) Generators and HVAC Replacements project. The project scope includes installation of backup generators for power outages, replacement of HVAC units on multiple buildings, replacement of water heaters, and related work across 12 buildings on the TSBVI campus located at 1100 W 45th St, Austin, TX. The estimated cost of work is $7,000,000 excluding management fees and general conditions.
