Description

This notice is for SEAPORT NXG MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT (MAC) HOLDERS ONLY and is an ANTICIPATED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (SBSA). This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice Only and not a Request for Proposals.Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic requires support for Integrated National Intelligence Systems (INIS) Cybersecurity, Engineering, and Technology Implementation (ICE-T). A VIRTUAL Pre-Solicitation Conference for ICE-T Support is scheduled to take place on Friday, 15 May 2026 at 9:00AM Eastern Time via Microsoft Teams. This event includes Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Accordingly, access to the event will be limited to vetted participants and the event attachments will not be made publicly available. In order to access the event and obtain access to the attachments, potential offerors shall download, complete, and submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) (NDA for CUI Attachments) to the Contract Specialist, Aimee Kourafas, at aimee.k.kourafas.civ@us.navy.mil. The subject of the submission email shall be titled “ICE-T Industry Day Event Registration Request.” The body of the submission email must clearly identify the following information: a) Company Name, b) Company CAGE Code, c) Attendee Name(s), d) Attendee Email Address(es), and e) SeaPort NxG MAC Contract Number. Attendance is limited to two (2) participants per company. The Government will review submissions and provide attendance confirmation with access instructions to approved participants only. Only approved/vetted participants will receive the event attachments via DoD Safe. Unauthorized distribution of event information is prohibited. The deadline for receipt of all Registration Requests/NDAs is 12:00 PM Eastern Time on 07 May 2026.
