The Air Force is seeking industry input for an AI-driven Installation Lodging Optimization solution to enhance lodging and housing readiness across up to 83 Department of the Air Force installations. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Air Force Installation & Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) - 773rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS), Joint Base San Antonio, Texas - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the opportunity - Products/Services Requested: - AI Installation Lodging Optimization application - Integration with authoritative enterprise systems (e.g., ADVANA BLADE, ENVISION) - Natural-language querying and scenario modeling for budget and deployment planning - Project management, application deployment, and secure data integration - Configuration of up to four UI/dashboard screens and up to 20 AI/ML lodging utilization forecasting models - Operational rollout, user training, and transition to sustained operations - Scale-out and value-capture planning for expansion to additional installations - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Solution must support integration with Air Force enterprise data sources - Must provide forecasting, scenario modeling, and natural-language interface capabilities - Deliverables include project plans, training, validation testing, and long-term support planning - Services to be deployed across multiple Air Force installations, with a focus on improving readiness and resource allocation
