The U.S. Air Force, through the 49th Wing Staff Agency Chapel at Holloman Air Force Base, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive chapel retreat services within a 60-mile radius of the base. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 49th Wing Staff Agency Chapel, 49th Contracting Squadron - Services Requested: - Chapel retreat services for recreation and morale building - Day retreats: 26 per year, for 10–40 attendees each, including at least two meals (one hot), classroom facilities, and indoor/outdoor activities - Overnight retreats: 14 per year, for 10–40 attendees each, including at least four meals (three hot), safe lodging, classroom facilities, and indoor/outdoor activities - Activities may include horseback riding, zip lining, and other recreational options - Contractor must provide all staff, meals (accommodating allergies), lodging, and activity coordination - Monthly reporting and a quality control plan are required - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All-inclusive service within 60 miles of Holloman AFB - Ability to accommodate both adults and children - Flexible scheduling with 30-day advance notice (14 days in some cases) - Excludes federal holidays - No specific OEMs, products, or part numbers are referenced - No named vendors or manufacturers; opportunity is set aside for SBA
