Description
The West Virginia Parkways Authority (WVPA) is soliciting proposals for Energy Savings Performance Contracting Services for selected Authority facilities. The selected provider will assist with preliminary assessment, Investment Grade Audit (IGA), development of energy conservation measures (ECMs), implementation support if authorized, and long-term measurement and verification using M&V Option C (Whole Facility). This solicitation is a request for proposal (RFP) and not an offer to enter into a contract. Offerors must submit proposals according to the schedule set forth in the RFP.
