Description

The State of Iowa is seeking bidders to provide Mechanical Services at state owned and leased locations throughout Iowa. The solicitation is designed to provide bidders with the information necessary for the preparation of competitive bids. The contract will be awarded in two tiers based on the sum of proposed hourly rates during regular business hours, with awards made to the lowest bidders in each of five service zones.
