Description
The State of New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Division of Risk and Benefits, is soliciting proposals for Dental Benefits Administration Services. The contract is to provide dental benefits administration duplicating the current Active Dental Plan designs for approximately 10,280 active employees and COBRA participants. The contract term is expected to commence upon approval from the Governor and Executive Council and end on December 31, 2031, with an option to extend for up to two additional years. The administrative services are to begin January 1, 2027, with implementation activities starting within seven days of approval or September 1, 2026, whichever is later. The dental administrator is expected to implement any changes resulting from collective bargaining agreements throughout the contract term.
