This solicitation is to establish a service contract to provide comprehensive pest control services for the Louisiana Department of Health - Eastern Louisiana Mental Health System. The contract covers all buildings and residences listed in the specifications, including routine interior and exterior treatments, emergency response, and infestation control. The initial contract period is one year starting July 1, 2026, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The contractor must be licensed and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and a mandatory jobsite visit is required.
