The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a managed lease and support solution for multifunction devices (MFDs) at the Atlanta VA Medical Center and Community Based Outpatient Clinics across Georgia. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Procurement, Acquisition and Logistics (OPAL), Technology Acquisition Center - Contracting office located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ - Vendor: - Cynergy Professional Systems, LLC (sole source contractor) - Products/Services Requested: - Lease, installation, maintenance, and on-site support for 315 multifunction devices (9 production-grade, 306 non-production) - Device types include small and medium monochrome, medium color, and production-grade monochrome and color MFDs - Key features: secure print with PIV authentication, DISA STIG and FIPS 140-2 compliance, remote centralized management, advanced finishing (stapling, hole punching, booklet making), high print speeds (up to 125 PPM), secure scanning with OCR, and integration with VA systems (VistA, SharePoint) - Secure Network Fax/Communications Service (SNFCS) with on-premise installation, encrypted communications, and unlimited device connection licenses - Alert Notification System supporting multi-channel messaging and real-time tracking - Project management, technical/user documentation, compliance reporting, and AI system attestation and monitoring - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All devices and services must comply with federal IT security, privacy, and AI standards, including DISA STIG, FIPS 140-2, and Trustworthy AI principles - Authority to Operate (ATO) and FedRAMP compliance for device management tools - Secure network fax and alert notification systems must be One VA TRM Approved and support advanced encryption and audit features - Full-time on-site support at Atlanta VAMC - Comprehensive documentation and regular compliance reporting, including AI/LLM usage disclosures - Place of Performance: - Atlanta VA Medical Center (1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA) - Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) throughout Georgia
