Description
The Dunnellon Trail Project in Marion County involves constructing a multi-use buffered lane for pedestrians and bicyclists along the south side of CR 484 / Pennsylvania Avenue, covering approximately 0.12 miles. The scope includes milling and resurfacing, curb ramp and curb/gutter modifications, guardrail removal and replacement, installation of pedestrian/bicycle railing, variable-width sidewalk, midblock crosswalk with RRFBs, bridge traffic railing, gravity wall, and associated drainage and earthwork. Additional work includes maintenance of traffic, erosion control, and sodding, with all pedestrian facilities meeting ADA standards. Right-of-way acquisition is complete, an ERP has been obtained, and utility coordination will be required.
