Description

This solicitation is for the Ministry to acquire services from one supplier to provide labour, materials, and equipment for the maintenance and emergency repair of six groups of essential systems equipment at the Ministry's laboratory complex located at 125 Resources Rd, Etobicoke, Ontario. The equipment includes compressors, vacuum pumps, air handling units, cooling towers, walk-in freezers and refrigerators, chillers, fume/vent hoods, exhaust fans, and heat pumps. The work involves performing regular planned/preventative maintenance routines at varying intervals and providing emergency repairs as needed. The contract duration is estimated to be 24 months, starting from September 1, 2026.
