The City of Fairfield is seeking proposals from qualified advertising firms with at least three years of recent experience in advertising and the service and maintenance of transit advertisements for the City's FAST transit system. Proposals must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on May 15, 2026, either in person or by mail, to the Fairfield Transportation Center. The solicitation requires one signed proposal and two copies in a sealed envelope marked "FAST Transit Advertising Services" with the proposer's name and address. Late proposals will be rejected regardless of postmark date.
