The City of Lawrenceville Planning and Development Department is seeking qualified consultants to provide On Demand Plan Review Services for Land Disturbance Permitting. - Government Buyer: - City of Lawrenceville, Planning and Development Department, Purchasing Office - Services Requested: - On Demand Plan Review Services for Land Disturbance Permitting - Technical review of Land Disturbing Activity (LDA) permit applications, construction plans, and supporting documentation - Compliance review for federal, state, and local regulations, including MS4 Permit, Floodplain Management, Soil Erosion, Sedimentation and Pollution Control, Stream Buffer Protection, and Gwinnett County Stormwater Management Manual - Includes technical review, written comments, coordination, participation in meetings, and as-built stormwater management reviews - Approximately 2-3 plan sets per month expected - Professional Qualifications Required: - Registered engineers and certified plan reviewers - Notable Requirements: - Annual contract with up to four renewal options - Insurance company must be authorized in Georgia and have an A.M. Best rating of A-5 or higher - The City may select multiple firms and reserves the right to split or fully award the contract - Proposal submission must include specific formats (one unbound original, three bound copies, one PDF electronic copy) and a separate sealed fee schedule/cost proposal - No specific OEMs or product vendors are named, as this is a professional services solicitation
