Windham Water Works is requesting sealed bids for the procurement of a new flat bottom aluminum boat and trailer. The requirements and specifications for the boat and trailer are included in the provided bid invitation. Bids will be received at the Office of the Superintendent of Windham Water Works at 174 Storrs Road (Route 195), Mansfield, Connecticut until 2:00 P.M., prevailing time, on Friday, May 8th, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The purchase order will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Windham Water Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to reduce the scope of work to bring the cost within available funds.
