The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution is seeking quotations from small businesses for the supply of two new stretch wrap machines with integrated scales for DLA Distribution Warner Robins, GA. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution Acquisition Operations (J7) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEM required, but machines must be equivalent or superior to the Cousins HP-2100SRT model - Cousins Packaging is referenced as the benchmark OEM - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) stretch wrap machines with built-in load cell (weigh scale) - Must be high profile, 4000 lb. capacity, fully automatic - 54" minimum table size, 60 HZ 115 V, 50"x50"x80" minimum load capacity - 4 point caster turntable support system (or equivalent) - 3-12rpm variable turntable speed, soft start acceleration, turntable jog - PLC Logic Controls, positive turntable deceleration and alignment - 12 point film carriage guidance system (or equivalent) - Fully electronic dynamic film dancer (or equivalent), automatic load height sensor - Variable speed turntable and film carriage control - 1-9 top and base wrap selector (or equivalent) - Must wrap pallets up to 80" high with 4" overlap at the top - Must be able to use 30" film - Includes operator, parts and service manuals, training, and minimum one-year warranty (parts and labor) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Machines must be new, not refurbished - Delivery required within 90 days after receipt of order - Set aside for small businesses - Must meet or exceed all technical specifications of the Cousins HP-2100SRT model

Description

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for the purchase or stretch wrap machines at DLA Distribution Warner-Robins GA (DDWG). The Government intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFQ and will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement.
