The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is seeking firm-fixed-price contracts for the FY27 Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA) repair and alteration of two Littoral Combat Ships: USS CINCINNATI (LCS 20) and USS CANBERRA (LCS 30). - Government Buyer: - Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Washington Navy Yard - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; work is to be performed at contractor shipyard facilities with certified dry docks and piers - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive repair, alteration, and maintenance services for USS CINCINNATI and USS CANBERRA - Includes labor, materials, temporary services (e.g., berthing barges, galley/messing, fuel/defuel), and support for shipboard systems - Specific line items include: Availability Preparation, Foundation Pre-Fabrication, Temporary Services, NAVSEA and TYCOM system support, Growth and Incentive Reservations, and specialized support for GPS-based navigation and digital antenna systems - All work must comply with NAVSEA standards, quality assurance, safety, and environmental regulations - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide certified dry dock and pier facilities - Contract includes both base and option CLINs, with growth and incentive provisions for additional or emergent work - Delivery and performance are scheduled at the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) in San Diego, CA - Detailed scheduling, reporting, and quality control are required throughout the contract period
