Description
The solicitation is for support of the Water Quality Trading Framework (WQTF) adopted by the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board. The City of Santa Rosa currently has four projects under the WQTF involving agricultural BMPs, sediment excavation, and stream crossing treatments to reduce nutrient discharges and improve water quality. Ongoing annual verification of these projects is required to ensure compliance with approved plans. The City seeks to identify and implement new credit-generating projects under the WQTF to maintain compliance with phosphorus effluent limitations.
