Description
This solicitation requests qualifications and proposals from experienced deicing operators to provide aircraft deicing services at Appleton International Airport (ATW). The scope includes management and operation of consolidated aircraft deicing facilities, including deicing facility management, vehicle acquisition and maintenance, fluids storage and inventory, aircraft deicing/anti-icing services, ramp control, and reclamation of spilled fluids.
