The U.S. Air Force at Tyndall Air Force Base is seeking qualified contractors to provide inspection, load testing, and certification services for lifting equipment used in aircraft recovery operations. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 325th Fighter Wing, 325th Contracting Squadron (325 CONS PKP) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation; however, Twin Path slings (TPXC1000, TPXC1500) are referenced, which are manufactured by Slingmax® Rigging Solutions - Products/Equipment to be Serviced: - Endless Twin Path sling TPXC1000 (12 units total) - Endless Twin Path sling TPXC1500 (30 units total) - F-16 Sling GWT30 (1 unit) - SPBR1 struts (STRUT1, STRUT2, STRUT3; 1 unit each) - SPBR1 end links (END LINK1, END LINK2; 1 unit each) - 8-ton shackles (2 units) - Services Requested: - Inspection and load testing for each piece of equipment in accordance with ASME standards - Provision of OSHA-certified load test documentation for all equipment - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Equipment must be picked up from Tyndall AFB by the specified date - Contractor personnel must pass background checks and obtain base passes for access - All work must be performed during normal duty hours, excluding federal holidays and designated down days - SAM.gov registration is required for contract award eligibility - Place of Performance: - Tyndall Air Force Base, 1201 Florida Ave, Bldg. 267, Tyndall AFB, FL 32403

The Department of the Air Force, 325th Contracting Squadron, is conducting market research to identifyif an adequate number of qualified contractors are capable and willing to fulfill the listed requirement.
