Description

The Department of Commerce, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, invites the public and federal agencies to comment on proposed and continuing information collections related to the Green Sturgeon 4(d) Rule. This rule involves take exceptions and exemptions for the Southern Distinct Population Segment of North American green sturgeon, which is listed as threatened under the Endangered Species Act. The information collection helps assess the impact of these requirements and minimize reporting burden. Comments are requested for 60 days prior to submission to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval.
