Description

This is a Sources Sought notice issued by the Indian Health Service (IHS) to identify qualified and capable small business vendors interested in providing biohazardous and hazardous pharmaceutical waste collection, transportation, and disposal services for the Whiteriver Service Unit. The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, and expertise necessary to perform routine and on-demand waste pickup and disposal services, including infectious waste, trace chemotherapeutic waste, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and non-RCRA pharmaceutical waste, in full compliance with all applicable federal, tribal, state, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
