Description

Bernalillo County is soliciting proposals from qualified offerors to provide an independent analysis of an application submitted by Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM). The analysis will assist the Bernalillo County Commission in evaluating the merits and accuracy of PNM's land use application and associated electrical transmission infrastructure. The procurement is managed by the Purchasing Section of the Procurement and Business Services Department on behalf of the County's Planning and Development Services Department.
