The U.S. Army Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) is seeking a contractor to perform an onsite Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA) at its Composite Shop Prep and Finish Room in Corpus Christi, Texas. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD), W6QK CCAD Contracting Office - Services Requested: - Onsite Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA) service in accordance with NFPA 660 Chapter 7 (Latest Revision), Standard for Combustible Dusts and Particulate Solids - Explosivity and combustibility testing on three dust samples provided by CCAD - Preparation and delivery of a detailed DHA report with findings and recommendations - Coordination with CCAD personnel and compliance with strict security and access requirements - Products/Equipment: - No specific products or equipment are being procured; the requirement is for professional onsite analysis and reporting services only - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide qualified personnel to conduct the analysis onsite - Adherence to NFPA 660 standards is mandatory - Strict compliance with CCAD security, access, and installation regulations - Deliverables include certifications post-award and a final report within two weeks of onsite testing completion - No OEMs or specific vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments
