The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service (PBS) Office of Leasing is seeking proposals for office space in Framingham, MA: - Requirement for approximately 8,639 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet of office and related space - Space is needed to replace an expiring government lease - Offerors must provide: - Building name and address - Location of space within the building - Date of availability - Rentable square feet offered - Estimated full-service rental rates - Floor plans and contact information - The government will evaluate: - Relocation costs - Ability to replicate tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure - Minimizing agency downtime during transition - No specific OEMs or product vendors are involved, as this is a real estate lease procurement - Unique requirements include consideration of all costs associated with moving and setting up the new space to government standards

Description

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Framingham, MA that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.

Building name and address; • Location of space in the building and date of availability; • Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and est. full-service rental rate per RSF; • ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (ABOA SF) offered and est. full-service rental rate per ABOA SF;

• Floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space; • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact.
