This opportunity seeks a small business contractor to renovate and upgrade two key facilities at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base (NAS JRB) Fort Worth, Texas: - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 136th Airlift Wing, W7N2 USPFO Activity TXANG 136 Contracting Office - Scope of Work: - Renovation of Building 1672 to relocate the Command Post - Conversion of a decommissioned AFFF room in Building 1675 into a Nondestructive Inspection (NDI) Room - Turnkey services including demolition, construction, painting, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and finishing - Compliance with federal, state, local codes, and DoD standards - One-year warranty on workmanship and materials - Products and Materials (examples): - Occupancy sensor-operated lighting, solid wood reinforced doors with electronic locks, fire alarm strobes, drop ceiling lights, EMT conduit with comm boxes, GFCI receptacles, emergency and warning lights, credential window, epoxy floor coating, Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) system, mini split HVAC with humidity control, Sherwin-Williams paint (SW1016 Silver Screen), Shaw Contract carpet (Clear Tile Style# 59564), VCT flooring (AZrock, Shale Gray #V-866), and more - Notable Requirements: - All labor, materials, equipment, and transportation provided by contractor - Strict 90-calendar day completion period after notice to proceed - Normal work hours: Tuesday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:15 PM (other hours by request) - Project budget estimated between $200,000 and $250,000 - 100% set aside for Small Business concerns - No specific OEMs or proprietary brands required; materials and equipment must meet specified standards and finishes

Description

The 136th Airlift Wing requires renovations of portions of Buildings 1672 and 1675 to support the relocation of the Command Post (B1672) and conversion of an area to a Nondestructive Inspection Room (B1675). This project is located at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base (NAS JRB) Fort Worth, in Fort Worth, Texas. The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, plant, equipment, appliances, transportation, and materials necessary to complete the project as specified in the attached documents.

This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns.

A site visit will be held and all prospective offerors are urged to attend.

(d) Instructions for Attendees: The Government will hold a site visit for the subject solicitation as noted above. To obtain installation access and the specific location for the site visit, interested parties must submit a request for attendance (not later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled site visit) to:

The request for attendance must include the all attendees names (as they appear on government-issued identification) and the company name of each attendee. If confirmation of any request to attend is not received within 24 business hours of submission, it is advised to follow-up with the above points of contacts. Information provided at the site visit, as well as questions, shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Any needed changes to the solicitation will be implemented via a formal amendment.
